Workday HCM and Strategic Advisory Consultant
A practitioner who has run Workday HCM and HR operations, and who can advise client leadership on the employee lifecycle, not only configure the system.
What you will do
Advise client leadership on hiring, onboarding, compensation, and offboarding, and on how that policy is operationalized in Workday.
Own day-to-day relationships across a set of clients, including discovery, assessments, and executive-ready roadmaps.
Work with the Workday HCM architect so system design matches how the client intends to operate.
Step into configuration, testing, or go-live when the team needs capacity.
Help write the HR advisory playbook as the practice grows.
What we are looking for
5–8+ years combined in Workday HCM and HR operations, with real depth in both.
Experience advising smaller and middle-market companies, including organizations from about 50 to 2,000 employees.
Hands-on coverage of Core HCM and modules such as Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting.
Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and EEO as they show up in policy and in the system.
